If you are not totally satisfied with your MirraMirra case, it may be returned for any reason within 30 calendar days from the date of your purchase. Enter your return request here. Return shipping charges together with a $4.00 restocking fee are the responsibility of the customer.
Your returned MirraMirra case must be in a new and unused condition, it should also be in the original undamaged packaging. MirraMirra Pty Ltd reserves the right to refuse a refund for any returns that are damaged or used and not in original condition. Refunds paid will be for the purchase price paid by the customer only.
MirraMirra Pty Ltd will process the return within10 business days after receipt of the returned MirraMirra product and refunds will be paid to the same account used for the original purchase. You will receive an email confirmation of the credit once it has been issued.
If the MirraMirra product was not purchased via www.mirramirra.com and you wish to return the product it should be returned it to the original place of purchase within 30 calendar days.
We understand that it may be the case that you ordered the wrong case for your iphone model, If this has occurred please go to www.mirramirra.com and order the correct model. Then return your incorrectly ordered product in an unused and original packaging as per the MirraMirra returns and refunds policy.
Don't forget to create a return request through the Returns window below. MirraMirra will make every attempt to assist and help, but does not guarantee domestic exchange for customer order errors. Unfortunately International exchanges will not be accepted for customer order errors so please check your order carefully if you are an international customer.

MirraMirra orders cannot be canceled if they have already been processed and fulfilled. You are welcome to return the product by using the Returns for a Refund outlined above.
The customer and MirraMirra agree to use reasonable efforts to resolve any disputes or discrepancies that arise regarding products off MirraMirra Pty Ltd . As part of the dispute resolution process, you also acknowledge and agree as the Authorized User (or the Card holder) will not initiate any chargeback or claim procedure with our Merchant Bank, Paypal, or your creditor without first contacting MirraMirra Pty Ltd and providing MirraMirra the opportunity to resolve the claim or dispute, even if we were ultimately unable to provide a resolution.

All and any international taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Any order that is abandoned in customs at the destination country will not be refunded by MirraMirra Pty Ltd. No refund will be made for lost packages due to an incorrect shipping address. Shipping is the responsibility of the shipping company selected at the time of checkout, although every effort will be made by MirraMirra Pty Ltd to locate any lost-in-transit packages for our customers.
